Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Finura Jewels, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. Since most of our jewellery is made-to-order and personalized, we follow a strict but fair return and exchange policy to maintain product integrity and craftsmanship standards.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on products once an order has been placed and processed.
As our jewellery pieces are handcrafted and often customized specifically for each customer, all purchases are considered final sale.
However, customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us.
If you receive a product with:
- A manufacturing defect
- Incorrect sizing due to our error
- Damage during transit
- Finishing issues
We will gladly assist you with a repair, replacement, or correction after proper verification.
Eligibility for Replacement or Repair
To request a replacement or repair:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video and clear product images are mandatory for verification.
- Claims made without proper proof may not be accepted.
Customized & Personalized Jewellery
Customized, engraved, personalized, or specially made jewellery pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:
- Order Number
- Clear images/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
After inspection and approval, our team will arrange a suitable resolution.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable under exceptional cases) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, COD fees, custom charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Responsibility
Finura Jewels ensures secure packaging and trusted courier partners for safe delivery. Once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address, responsibility transfers to the customer.
