At Finura Jewels, each jewellery piece is handcrafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and quality control.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish caused by handcrafted production

All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and processed.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The product arrives damaged
  • A verified manufacturing defect is found
  • The ordered item is unavailable after successful payment

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Finura Jewels team.

Mandatory Proof for Refund Claims

To raise a refund request, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Full unboxing video without cuts or edits
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted without proper evidence may be rejected.

Refund Request Timeline

Customers must report refund-related issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests raised after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Refund Approval Process

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • In certain cases, store credit or replacement may be offered instead of a monetary refund.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges
  • Payment gateway charges
  • International customs or duties
  • Urgent delivery fees

Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement may qualify for a refund if production has not started.
  • Once an order enters production or dispatch, no refund will be issued.
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
